What about insurance?

I am currently in the process of being paneled with BCBS, Optum, Harvard Pilgrim, and Aetna. Out-of-pocket options are also available. If your insurance allows for out-of-network services, a superbill can be provided for partial reiumbursement.

How many sessions should I expect?

The number of sessions depends on your needs and situation. Some clients only come for 12-15 sessions while other benefit from ongoing therapy. After the initial sessions, we can discuss what frequency makes most sense. You can also decide to terminate therapy at any time.

What is the significance of the logo?

The poppy became associated with World War I through a combination of what people witnessed on the battlefield and how that image later became a powerful symbol of remembrance. During the war, much of the fighting on the Western Front devastated the landscape. After heavy shelling, the disturbed soil created ideal conditions for wild poppies to grow, and soldiers began noticing vivid red flowers blooming across battlefields and grave sites.

That striking contrast—bright red flowers emerging amid destruction and loss—left a deep emotional impression. I believe a similar contrast can be seen in therapeutic work, where the hardest places in our lives can also become places of healing, growth, and unexpected beauty.
