Compassionate therapy for transformative healing, deeper integration, and a hopeful future.
My Approach
Life is hard, and it’s natural to want to avoid problems and the emotional pain that comes with them. Yet this avoidance is often at the root of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. When we turn away from challenges, we also miss the opportunity for growth and change.
In therapy, we gently face these difficulties together. By working through problems rather than avoiding them, you can begin to move forward, build resilience, and experience meaningful personal growth.
I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to face difficulties such as navigating life transitions, relational strain, anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of past wounds, traumas, and attachments. After taking time to build a strong therapeutic alliance, I collaborate with clients to set goals for the work together. My aim is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to support lasting transformation—so that what once felt overwhelming or divided no longer carries the same weight, and individuals and couples can move forward with greater clarity, connection, freedom, and wholeness. I believe healing happens when the fragmented parts of our stories are brought into compassionate awareness and gently woven back into a coherent whole.
As both a clinician and a trained spiritual director, I honor the role of spirituality in the healing process. When it aligns with a client’s preferences, therapy can become a space where psychological healing and spiritual formation are meaningfully integrated rather than treated as separate paths.
